Product Operation Manager (m/w/d)

We are currently seeking a Product Operation Manager (m/w/d) for our Europe Region.

Tasks

• Outline product marketing deployment timelines and Lead product marketing content development
• Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers
• Craft TIENS’s product storytelling vision and voice
• Reviewing and approving new and modified products and claims, as well as product packaging/labelling and marketing communication materials
• Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
• Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market
• Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
• Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability

Requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on chemistry/marketing or sales
• Professional experience in research & development/sales/marketing, preferably in the food supplement and cosmetics industry
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work with an entrepreneurial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
• Excellent speaking and writing in Local and English, Chinese is a plus.
