Tasks
- Design and implement the overall S2B2C platform operation strategy tailored to the European market, integrating direct selling and distribution models with a multi-tiered incentive structure.
- Establish a structured distributor system (e.g., VIP, Agent, Partner), including onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Create sustainable growth strategies for B-end (suppliers/distributors) and C-end (consumers), balancing both sides of the platform to ensure long-term ecosystem health.
- Oversee the full user journey from registration to repeat purchase, using data-driven insights to optimize activation, conversion, and retention, aiming to increase GMV and LTV.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch localized promotions (e.g., group buying, flash sales, loyalty programs), and implement performance-based incentives to drive B-end activity.
- Align with supply chain on product selection and availability, ensuring high-demand and high-commission products support distributor sales success in EU markets.
- Build data dashboards to track key operational metrics (e.g., distributor activity, commission settlement, engagement), while proactively identifying risks such as fraud or regulatory breaches.
- Serve as the central operational hub across departments (tech, marketing, legal, logistics), driving seamless cooperation to deliver platform goals efficiently and compliantly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or platform operations.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with S2B2C or tiered distribution platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of multi-level commission systems, channel incentives, and digital distributor ecosystems.
- Preferred background includes experience in overseeing operations for large-scale health, pan-entertainment, live streaming, social, AI, or similar products.
- Proficiency in German and English is required; additional European languages is a strong plus.
