We are building our in-house growth machine powered by paid social – and you will be at the center of it.
This role is not about managing campaigns. It’s about owning and scaling performance across multiple brands.
Tasks
- Own and scale Meta Ads as the core growth channel across multiple D2C brands
- Plan, launch and optimize campaigns with clear ROI focus
- Build and scale high-performing campaign structures on Meta
- Develop and test creatives (hooks, angles, formats) together with our team
- Analyze performance deeply and derive actionable insights
- Scale winning campaigns and continuously improve CAC
- Build a structured testing framework (creative & audience testing)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search / Shopping) as part of the overall growth setup
- Work closely with founders and brand teams on growth strategy
Requirements
- 2–5 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads (must-have)
- Proven track record of scaling Meta campaigns profitably
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven way of working
- Deep understanding of creatives and what drives performance on Meta
- Experience with structured testing and iteration cycles
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search / Shopping)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
