Product Designer (UI/UX)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our industry leading SaaS product. You'll own design projects from concept to completion within one of our agile teams, delivering user-centric, elegant solutions that align with our business objectives, drive product improvement and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating impactful, user-focused deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Our Product team consists of experts specializing in Frontend, Backend, Quality Assurance, Technical Writing and Product Management. Additionally, we have dedicated Engineering Managers and, naturally, other Product Designers on board. We operate within collaborative, cross-functional squads, each tasked with specific responsibilities for introducing fresh features and enhancements to our platform. As we are set to expand our product offerings and increase our number of teams in the coming months, your expertise will play a pivotal role in our continued success.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

• Develop a deep understanding of the market, our customer base and product
• Establish strong collaborative and supportive relationships with your team and fellow designers
• Lead thorough end-to-end design processes, yet be flexible enough to adapt to more lean approaches when necessary
• Advocate for evidence-based decision making through proactive quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis and synthesis
• Be instrumental in the health and future-proofing of our design system and work to tackle design debt to guarantee consistency in all aspects of our UI
• Effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to colleagues, clients and stakeholders

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Designer role within the SaaS industry
• An inspiring portfolio showing excellent core UX and UI design skills, with detailed examples of end-to-end SaaS product design projects
• Expertise in Figma, and proficiency in creating and managing design systems
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Passion and enthusiasm for problem solving and an aptitude for tackling complex design challenges
