  • What you’ll be up to

Tired of the same old tech landscape?
We're a dynamic team looking for a sharp Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to shape our internal systems and drive real impact across all our operations. If you thrive on understanding the big picture and aren't afraid to challenge the norm, let's connect.

    • Collaborate directly with our Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Finance teams to grasp their challenges from the ground up. Expect to be involved in the full development lifecycle.
    • Take ownership and be passionate about delivering solutions that significantly impact our business.
    • Push for change instead of just accepting how things are. Bring your own thoughts and opinions to the table.
    • Use AI tools as a natural part of your daily workflow to speed things up and level up your work.
    • Value diverse perspectives and engage in constructive discussions -  it's how the best ideas are born and how we keep moving forward.
    • Customize and extend our core internal IT systems (Shopify, Oracle Netsuite ERP, Intercom, Webflow) using Typescript, NextJS, and Temporal.

What makes you a great fit:

    • You’re a true fullstack engineer — equally comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
    • You know your way around web development technologies like React, NextJS, and Prisma.
    • You’ve got solid experience (3+ years) building real products that scale and perform.
    • Bonus points if you’ve worked with AWS, Typescript, Netsuite SuiteScript and NodeJS — or you’re eager to dive deeper into them.
    • You don’t just build what’s asked — you're comfortable taking the wheel, thinking like a Product Manager, and helping steer where the platform should go.

    Our Benefits

    • Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule and remote-friendly work environment within Germany, with the option for temporary work from abroad within the EU.
    • 30 annual paid vacation days and a contribution to your company pension scheme.
    • Annual Learning & Development budget for your professional and personal development, including training, coaching and subsidized German language courses.
    • Learning from highly-skilled colleagues through an open, appreciative feedback culture.
    • Discounted access to gyms and courses through “EGYM” for your fitness and work-life balance.
    • Health care activities by company doctors such as vaccination, skin screenings, and mental health service via HelloBetter.
    • Daily lunch subsidy in the office, company-wide events, regular “Beer O’clock” afterwork events, and various sports events throughout the year.

tado° is an equal opportunity employer and we are striving for a diverse workforce. Thus, we recruit talented individuals based solely on their competencies and skills, without any regard to their race, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, belief, or disability.
