    Tasks

    Your Responsibilities in this newly created role:

    As the HR Analytics & Controlling Specialist for Germany and progressively for EMEA, you'll occupy a central role in unlocking the potential of HR data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of activities, starting from integrating analytics frameworks to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR data and KPIs. Collaborating closely with both HR and Finance teams, you'll establish robust processes to guarantee data integrity while providing insightful analysis that illuminates key trends and opportunities.

    In this capacity, you'll serve as a catalyst for driving organizational excellence through data-driven insights. By developing regional dashboards enriched with sophisticated analysis and setting relevant KPIs, you'll empower stakeholders to monitor performance effectively and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Moreover, your expertise will extend beyond reporting as you partner with HR and business leaders to provide in-depth analysis on critical metrics such as personal costs and FTEs, facilitating strategic workforce planning and resource optimization efforts.

    Your role also entails spearheading innovation within our HR analytics framework, championing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. By providing training and support to end-users, you'll democratize access to data-driven insights, empowering teams across the organization to make informed decisions that propel our collective success.

    Requirements

    What about You

    • You hold a Master's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field, showcasing your dedication to mastering the intricacies of our industry.
    • With previous successful experience in HR or a business function, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
    • Your extensive background in HR controlling or analytics, spanning over several years in dynamic and multinational environments, demonstrates your ability to thrive in complex organizational structures.
    • You possess a keen eye for detail and a cost-oriented mindset, coupled with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of both financial and HRIS systems.
    • Previous experience in project management underscores your ability to drive initiatives forward and deliver results.
    • Familiarity with reporting in SAP HCM and Workday is highly desirable, showcasing your adaptability and readiness to leverage technology for enhanced efficiency.
    • Your fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential, with proficiency in French being a valuable asset that enhances our global reach and collaborative capabilities.
