    Team Description

    You'll join our Sales Operations team, partnering directly with Retail commercial leadership to shape how our Retail acquisition channel operates end-to-end. As Retail continues to scale across markets, we're evolving from tactical execution to structured, data-driven operational governance — and you'll play a central role in that transformation.

    In this role, you act as the operations partner to Retail leaders, translating commercial goals into clear business rules, scalable processes, and measurable performance outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with Revenue Analytics, Revenue Platform, Finance, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure Retail runs on integrated, sustainable systems rather than manual workarounds.

    What You'll Do

    • Act as the business partner to Retail channel leadership, driving operational performance and sustainable growth 
    • Translate commercial strategy into clear KPIs, governance frameworks, and scalable business rules across the Retail value stream
    • Build robust business cases for process or system improvements, with their impact on the channel performance and KPIs.
    • Drive key cross-functional initiatives to ensure channel growth and operations efficiency
    • Partner with Product, Platform, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate system implementation and cross-functional alignment
    • Identify execution gaps, surface risks early, and drive decision-making to remove blockers and improve efficiency
    • Own the ways of working frameworks for Retail operations, continuously measuring impact and defining corrective actions

     

    You'll Be Great for This Role If…

    • You have strong experience working within Retail operations and understand the complexities of retail sales cycles, field teams, trade environments, and multi-stakeholder execution.
    • You bring advanced experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or commercial strategy roles where you defined governance, KPIs, and scalable processes.
    • You have led complex, cross-functional projects and built business cases including ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments.
    • You have strong expertise working with CRM systems such as Salesforce (or similar platforms) and ERP systems such as SAP (or equivalent).
    • You are highly analytical, confident working with data (Google Sheets/Excel and SQL required; data visualisation tools are a plus), and comfortable translating insights into operational action.
    • You influence stakeholders through credibility and clarity, building trust with senior commercial leaders without direct authority.
    • You are fluent in English. German, Italian, and French language skills are a plus.
