Our Lending Tribe is focused on helping merchants get the capital they need to grow. As we scale, we're seeking a highly motivated intern to support strategic growth initiatives, especially in Europe.
We're a team with a bold goal: increase lending conversions and identify untapped opportunities. You'll work alongside the Growth Lead for Lending in Europe to bring data-driven experiments to life and make sure the right merchants get the right offers. We are seeking students who are required to complete a mandatory internship as part of their university or college program.
What you'll do
- Assist in in strategic high priority projects like identifying promising merchant segments by analyzing performance and behavioral data using AI
- Conduct qualitative research and sales calls to understand user feedback and test sales strategies
- Support the design, setup, and analysis of lending experiments to improve conversion rates
- Help execute operational growth tasks like marketing campaigns and ensure experiments and projects run smoothly
You'll be great for this role if
- You're currently studying business, economics, data science or a related field with outstanding academic track record
- Ideally you've already gained experience in top tier consulting, investment banking or other high growth tech companies
- You're an excellent communicator and enjoy collaborating with international teams and customers alike
- You thrive in high intensity environment
- You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable working with data by levering AI tools, SQL and Python
- You're proactive, curious, and not afraid to dive into complex topics like lending and credit
- You're fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
