Business Intelligence / Data Analyst (m/w/d)- Remote

The Role

This is a full-time position. We seek a skilled business intelligence / data analyst to empower our business and product with data-driven processes and decision-making. You will be working with a team to mine data, develop analytics tools, and share insights and findings with the rest of the organization. You will report directly to Stenon Management.

Tasks

• Discuss, design, and develop metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business and product decisions
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis for important business topics
• Regularly collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team as a key component of the decision-making process
• Collaborate with data engineers to align on data architecture
• Will be performing checks and data cleaning to ensure the integrity of the data.
• Will support investor relations

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in BI and Data Analysis
• Ability to run your own projects and work independently
• Ability to write complex SQL, do cohort analysis, comparative analysis, etc.
• Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Metabase, Tableau, and Looker
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working directly with internal stakeholders (Product, Finance, and Business Development) to build reports and dashboards
• Understanding of Data Models and Data Warehouse structures
• Very good English language skills
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
