As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hardware developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing and optimizing the hardware components of our advanced battery storage systems.

Your mission

Design and develop hardware solutions for battery storage systems with a focus on power electronics
Conduct EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing to ensure compliance with industry standards
Develop and improve analog and digital circuits, from concept to series production
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues throughout the development lifecycle
Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure optimal performance
Design and optimize PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) layouts for performance and reliability
Create requirements and test specifications for gap-less design verification
Co-manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers and product managers to deliver integrated solutions

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hardware development, preferably in the battery storage or power electronics industry
Strong understanding of EMC principles and compliance testing
Experience with various measurement equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytic thinking and attention to details
Self-organized, systematic and result-oriented mode of work
Team-player and support others to show up their best, as well as a feedback oriented individual
Experience in process design is a plus
Fluency in English both written and spoken
