Tasks
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting all tasks related to the application and selection process for teachers and non-academic staff
- Communicating with applicants and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies) by phone, email, and in person
- Scheduling and coordinating job interviews and sending invitations
- Publishing job advertisements on various platforms
- Maintaining and updating application documents and personnel data in the internal personnel management systems
- Processing travel expenses and expense allowances for applicants
Requirements
Your profile
- You have a university degree or relevant commercial training with a focus on human resources, economics, business psychology, or similar
- You have solid professional experience in recruiting or in similar areas
- You have very good knowledge of common MS Office applications and human resources management programs
- You describe yourself as “solution-oriented,” “communicative,” and having a “can-do attitude”
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills and feel confident communicating actively with our international team
