  • Your mission:

    • Responsibility and Design of new products end to end.
    • Develop full system Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) packages for electrolyser and fuel cell systems according to valid codes and standards.
    • Perform relevant engineering calculations and/or simulations (e.g. heat, flow, and mass balance) to validate and optimise the systems design.
    • Develop the data sheets of the product specification and Build-of-Materials needed for prototyping.
    • Work with supplier and partners to execute the development of the prototype and pilot plant.
    • Manage technical investigations of failures or poor performance issues during the prototyping and piloting phase.
    • Support any HAZOP/LOPA and safety studies required to comply with local regulation and industry standards.
    • Design, qualify, document, and validate the assembly & test to develop the final blueprints and participate in setting up the commercial-scale manufacturing line.

    Your profile:

    • Degree in chemical, process, or environmental engineering. Candidates with advanced degrees (Masters) will have an advantage.
    • Min. 7-10 years of experience developing hydrogen, electrolyzer or gas-liquid systems. This includes experience working with Distributed Control System (DCS) and Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Systems.
    • Experience in process design and engineering modelling/simulation, i.e. creating P&ID in AUTOCAD or similar software.
    • Strong knowledge of relevant Hydrogen codes and standards.
    • Hands- on approach and safety minded design.
    • Analytical minded with exceptional project management and organization skills.
    • Strong team player and good communication skills.
