Working Student – Customer Advisory for Training (Remote or Hybrid; 20 hours/week)
To support our Sales team, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic working student who wants to contribute to a young and professional B2B sales team in the Ed-Tech sector.
Do you enjoy working with colleagues and customers and are excited about taking on responsibility quickly while working independently? Then you are exactly what we are looking for!
Your Role at Speexx:
- Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries about the Speexx language learning platform via email, phone, and chat
- Participating in trade fairs alongside senior colleagues
- Process education voucher requests
- Maintain data in our CRM system
- Provide active support to our international sales team
- Seek solutions for customer problems proactively
- Assist with internal process development and automation
- Prepare reports and customer-specific KPIs
What You Should Bring:
- Currently pursuing university studies in economics or human sciences
- Initial experience experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a software provider, though not essential.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and track customer issues
- Fluent German and proficient English
- A digital mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, self-sufficiency, and outstanding organizational talent
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to acquire new knowledge quickly in a dynamic environment
