We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our founding team. This role can be part-time or full-time and offers real ownership and impact shaping the growth of our product in the agriculture sector.
Tasks
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness partners in Germany
- Build, manage, and grow pipelines of farmer and partner leads through outreach, pilot projects, and marketing campaigns
- Organize farmer events, demos, and campaigns to increase adoption and gather feedback
- Collaborate with founders to improve product-market fit based on farmer and partner insights
- Track key growth metrics and maintain simple sales and marketing reporting
Requirements
- Native-level German fluency and strong English communication skills
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in startups
- Preferably experience in agriculture, farmer advisory, or working with agribusinesses
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, commitment, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in a dynamic early-stage startup environment
- Valid Class B driving license
