Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• Together with the payroll team, you will support the various monthly payroll runs.
• You will take care of the certification and reporting process and prepare the annual social security and income tax statement.
• Master data maintenance in the systems.
• Independent correspondence with authorities and social security institutions.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports for the rest of the Finance Department.
• Independent processing of emails, post and inquiries.
• Close cooperation with other departments (HR, Accounting, HRBP, Sales)

Your profile

• Completed commercial or tax law training, or a comparable qualification.
• 1-2 years experience working in payroll
• First practical experience in payroll accounting.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and/or DATEV.
• Passion for administration and accounting activities.
• A conscientious, independent and structured way of working.
• Willingness to undergo further training.
• You are fluent in German and English.
