Freelance Marketing Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a freelance Designer who specializes in creating landing pages and marketing assets and has fluency in German. In this role, you will collaborate with our Marketing, Content and Product teams to create high-performing landing pages, marketing assets, and visual content. You will be involved from concept through execution, combining strong UI/UX skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and conversion optimization.

Aufgaben

Design and deliver conversion-optimized landing pages
Support the conceptualization and prototyping of new pages and features using tools like Figma.
Create, maintain and localise ad templates across 10 geos to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and developers to align visuals with campaign goals.
Produce ad creatives (images and videos) for Meta, Youtube, Google and Native advertising platforms.
Contribute to the visual direction of marketing assets across markets
Work independently with clear communication and attention to detail.

Qualifikation

Fluency in German (native or near-native) and English – this is essential for understanding and crafting local-market designs.
4+ years of experience in digital/UX design, ideally with a marketing or performance focus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating landing page design skills and ad creation
Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, CRO, and responsive design.
Ability to manage your own time and deliver reliably in a remote freelance setup.
