Senior Flutter Engineer m/f/x (Remote)

As a Senior Flutter Engineer at simpleclub, you will significantly contribute to building a product that revolutionizes the learning experience for millions of students. Collaborating with our engineering and product teams, you will focus on developing and enhancing features related to content production and consumption, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. Your expertise in Flutter development on both mobile and Web platforms will be crucial in creating a highly valuable and productive environment that delivers high value to our users.

Tasks

• Assume full ownership and responsibility for development efforts for both internal products used in content production and end-user-facing features that enable learning activities.
• Directly influence technical decisions within our Flutter development team by helping to improve our development practices and enhance the quality of code contributions.
• Work very closely with the Product and Education departments to ensure that the technical implementation of new features on the front end is pragmatic and efficient.

Requirements

• Solid commercial software development experience for mobile and web platforms using Flutter.
• Strong Computer Science and Software Development fundamentals. You hold a relevant degree or have a proven understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
• Familiarity with backend technologies related to Flutter. Knowledge of the ins and outs of GCP and/or Firebase will help you thrive in this role.
• Uncompromised approach to high-quality code contributions at all testing levels.
• Product development experience. You have participated in product development efforts and initiatives from a technical perspective.
• Outstanding communication skills. You are a strong communicator, able to contextualize your ideas and communicate them to both small and large audiences.
• A team player. You bring excellent interpersonal skills, valuing collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a sense of ownership.

💰Your salary: We 💙 transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.

The salary band for this role in Germany is: 70.100 - 93.000 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.

We are in the process of rolling out salary bands in job descriptions to ensure we treat all employees fairly. Once we get to know each other better and your skills & experience during the interview process, we will be able to evaluate where you would fit within the salary band.
