Senior SAP S/4Hana FI/CO Consultant

Our customer within the Pharma industry has initiated a global Business Process and ERP Transformation Program to globally harmonize business processes and systems and help manage the company as efficiently as possible.

For the upcoming deployments we are looking for a S Senior SAP S/4Hana FI/CO Consultant.

The role is a full-time role. The expected duration of the engagement is 6-12months.

Start: can be aligned

Duration: 6-12 months (optional for extension)

Location: Remote, 20% travel to Switzerland, Germany and/or Hungary

Tasks

• The role will be mainly responsible to support the Finance Deployment Stream within the S/4 HanaProgram.
• Acting as a business process specialist for Finance and Controlling
• Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables around requirement gathering (fit/gap), testing, change management and hypercare phases.
• Ensuring that all parallel deployment as well as the S/4Hana work package are on track
• Ensuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with the other stakeholder within the E2E processes.
• Drive process alignments/solution design with business stakeholders.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Minimum 15 years experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant.
• Minimum 15 years experience in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT and groupwide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare)
• Successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems (including S4 Finance)
• Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep knowledge of financial business or controlling processes.
• Deep knowledge on SAP S/4Hana FI/CO such as GL, AR, AA, CO, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams, stakeholder communities and end users.
• Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
• International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading global projects and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Englisch

Nice to Have:

• Customizing experience in SAP FI/CO
• Background on SAP Solution Manager Topics (functionalities & tools).
• Fluent in German and/or Hungarian would be an advantage
• Experience in the Pharma industry (Roche and/or Novartis)
