    • We are looking for an experienced IT Program Lead (Senior IT Manager) for an IT Transformation Program.

    Key Facts:

    • Contract type: Freelance contract
    • Start: ASAP
    • Duration: 8 weeks (possible extension)
    • Location: Hybrid onsite – 2 days/week onsite (Hannover / Frankfurt)
    • Language: English (business fluent)
    • Eligibility: Candidates must be based in Europe

    Tasks

    • Lead the ramp-up and structuring of the IT transformation program
    • Produces deliverables in line with the agreed program scope
    • Ensure strong alignment with strategic IT objectives
    • Lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
    • Communicates regularly with central stakeholders including CIO, CEO, and PE company
    • Contribute to the transformation and consolidation of business applications, infrastructure, and IT provider landscapes
    • Establish effective governance, transparency, and decision-making structures

    Requirements

    • 10+ years experience as an IT Program / Project Manager
    • Broad expertise across all IT domains (Plan, Build, Run)
    • Relevant experience in consolidation of Business Applications, Infrastructure, and IT Provider landscape
    • Experience in IT efficiency programs and/or IT carve-out situations
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams as well as the ability to challenge the status quo
    • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, decision-oriented narratives for executive leadership.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading IT projects across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.

    Please note: This role is offered exclusively as a freelance contract and requires regular onsite presence. Remote-only or permanent employment applications cannot be considered.
