Shiftmove’s GTM (Go To Market) presence in the DACH region is rapidly growing, and we are in need of experienced account executives, sales development representatives, marketers, customer success managers, and more! to enable us to reach our ambitious goals.

    To expand, we are strengthening our ambitious talent acquisition team and are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to help us grow our GTM (Go To Market) functions. Go-to-market recruitment is no easy task. We know that. That’s why we’re looking for someone who is driven by a challenge! Finding, recruiting, and retaining the best people will be one of the most important things we do as we grow in Europe!

    Requirements

    • You will coach hiring managers and interviewers, source future team members, and build stage-appropriate hiring processes to ensure efficient and delightful recruiting processes.
    • You will build innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring and meet business objectives
    • You will use data to drive results and continuous improvements
    • You will maintain consistent traffic across our pipelines by uncovering new channels, promoting internal referrals, and developing creative strategies to source and attract top talent.
    • You will continue to raise the bar in terms of candidate experience by innovating and implementing thoughtful approaches to recruiting.
    • You will work cross-functionally, owning projects (such as employer branding or candidate experience) alongside your recruiting responsibilities.

    What Success Looks Like

    Within your first 6 months, you’ll:

    • Build trusted partnerships with the hiring managers and candidates
    • Successfully fill multiple roles with improved time-to-fill and conversion rates
    • Receive positive feedback on candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction
    • Contribute to at least one TA initiative, such as interview training, employer branding, or candidate journey enhancements

    • You are resilient, you understand urgency and enjoy the opportunities to make things happen in high velocity hiring
    • You are a highly empathetic individual who cares deeply about growing real relationships, both with candidates, team members, and leaders
    • You are someone who loves to source, hunt, and quickly find the right candidates. Closing a challenging role makes you smile!
    • You are someone who enjoys working autonomously in a collaborative environment, who is motivated by ownership and results
    • You have experience recruiting for start-ups and scale-ups (SaaS companies are a plus!), we need someone who knows what it means to support in building a recruiting brand
    • You are interested in the latest trends in talent acquisition and want to try out innovative approaches, and have knowledge of longer-term strategies that will improve talent attraction and candidate experience (Employer Branding, Hiring Manager training, etc.)
