I am actively seeking an enthusiastic, passionate individual to fulfil the role of HR Administrator/Coordinator. You’d be joining a family run business with over 50 years’ success in the Motor Vehicle industry!
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Always keep our system up to date with all employee information, new starters and departures.
- Contract management and creation of any other necessary personnel documents.
- You are the contact person for our team in HR matters.
- Preparation of monthly payroll accounting.
- Issuing certificates and references.
- Communicating with authorities, health insurance companies and administrative organisations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within HR
- Native or fluency in German is essential
- Positive, strong mental attitude
- MS Office skills
