    I am actively seeking an enthusiastic, passionate individual to fulfil the role of HR Administrator/Coordinator. You’d be joining a family run business with over 50 years’ success in the Motor Vehicle industry!

    Tasks

    Responsibilities:

    • Always keep our system up to date with all employee information, new starters and departures.
    • Contract management and creation of any other necessary personnel documents.
    • You are the contact person for our team in HR matters.
    • Preparation of monthly payroll accounting.
    • Issuing certificates and references.
    • Communicating with authorities, health insurance companies and administrative organisations.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a similar role within HR
    • Native or fluency in German is essential
    • Positive, strong mental attitude
    • MS Office skills
