  • We are seeking a driven, ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in amplifying the reach of Seqana’s cutting-edge products across the globe by engaging a diverse spectrum of stakeholders including farmers, agricultural enterprises, and governmental bodies to foster a sustainable agricultural future.

    Tasks

    • Brand Development and Positioning: You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and refining Seqana's brand identity. This involves creating a compelling product narrative that resonates with our mission of leveraging technology for climate action. You'll ensure that our brand consistently communicates the transformative potential of soil carbon sequestration across all our marketing channels.
    • Content Creation and Messaging: You will own the creation of impactful, informative content that educates and inspires our audience about the benefits of soil carbon sequestration and regenerative agriculture. Your ability to craft compelling messages will be vital in communicating the significance of our work and its broader environmental and social benefits.
    • In-Person Event Strategy and Execution: Own the strategy, planning, and execution of in-person events, such as trade shows, conferences, and workshops, where Seqana can showcase its solutions and engage directly with stakeholders.
    • Content Marketing for Lead Acquisition: Utilize content marketing to attract and engage potential leads by creating valuable, informative, and compelling content. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos that highlight the benefits of soil carbon sequestration and the technological advantages of Seqana’s solutions.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in marketing. Preference for experience in relevant fields (AgTech, carbon accounting, etc.).
    • Fluent English language skills, capable of communicating complex technologies effectively. German or other languages are a plus.
    • Technical acumen combined with a keen interest and willingness to develop a deep understanding of our technical product and the science behind it.
    • Interest in, and eye for, graphic design
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Quick learning, adaptability, and strategic thinking
    • Self starter, excited to work in a highly autonomous environment.

    What makes you stand out

    • Experience building and maintaining websites
    • Knowledge of the Carbon Markets and carbon farming
    • Familiarity with methodologies related to nature based solutions, ideally SOC, and carbon registry standards (e.g.: GHG Protocol Land Sector and Removals Guidance, Verra’s VM0042, Gold Standards Soil Organic Carbon Framework Methodology)
    • Experience in using and maintaining a CRM
