Currently, we are looking for a Working Student to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients' organizations. You will collaborate closely with HR Consultants and support the full-cycle recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
Partner with HR Consultants to understand hiring criteria and develop comprehensive candidate sourcing plans
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Sort applications and manage interview calendars
