Junior Customer Success Manager

(f/m/x) – Remote/Hybrid - Germany – SaaS/Greentech/Fashion

Communicating directly with the worlds most sustainability focused fashion and textile business’, you will have a talent for identifying problems, breaking them down and finding solutions. By understanding our supply chain transparency platform and our values, you will bring success for your clients, yourself and the company in its mission to scale globally.

Tasks

You’ll join a globally distributed CSM team with a focus on our small to medium sized Fashion and Textile partners in Europe.

You will:

• Be the first point of contact for project implementation, customer queries, service and change requests
• Qualify and prioritize service queries and coordinate with relevant departments
• Become an expert in our products, partnering with the customer to achieve success
• Continuously delivering further value to clients during the whole lifecycle
• Work with the client and our tech teams to identify needs and design solutions
• Work with the internal and customer teams to enable seamless roll outs
• Champion and enable clients’ adoption

Requirements

• You have existing experience in a customer facing B2B position
• You are a communicator by nature, you like dealing with people and solving problems
• You are tech savvy and have excellent project management skills
• You understand the importance of an SLA driven approach and how that impacts thebusiness as a whole
• Experience working in B2B Fashion, Textiles, Supply chain or SaaS would be beneficial
• We speak English internally but min C1 level German is desirable for dealing with clients
