We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our marketing team . This person will fully own, develop, and maintain our SFMC platform. You will be the sole technical expert on SFMC, driving the platform’s evolution and playing a key role in our customer retention strategy.
This is a high-impact role: you'll work closely with our CRM managers, analysts, and campaign specialists to turn strategic ideas into advanced, data-driven customer journeys. You’ll architect end-to-end solutions, build reusable assets, and enable the broader team through scalable automation and technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and advance our SFMC platform—building and maintaining solutions across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages, AMP script, and SSJS
Translate business needs into scalable, best-practice solutions in SFMC and Interaction Studio
Redesign and optimize our existing setup for performance, scalability, and impact
Lead data integration efforts and manage engagement, send, and subscriber data models
Build and support journeys, emails, automations, CloudPages, and data assets
Act as a technical advisor—guiding feasibility, trade-offs, and solution design
Troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs based on stakeholder feedback
Continuously improve platform performance and CRM tech capabilities
