  • A global medical company that develops and manufactures endovascular products is looking for a Territory Manager to increase sales revenue and maintain customer relationships in the Benelux region.

    We’re looking for a motivated and goal-driven sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a background in interventional radiology or neuroradiology, we’d love to meet you.

    LOCATION: Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.


    SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·        Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets

    ·        Analyze sales and marketing data to identify effective strategies

    ·        Monitor customer preferences to tailor sales efforts accordingly

    ·        Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

    ·        Lead negotiations with hospital purchasing departments

    ·        Provide clinical and professional training to physicians

    ·        Track and report on competitor activity within the territory


    Requirements

    ·        Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales representative

    ·        Experience in the neurovascular field – strongly preferred

    ·        Background in vascular medical devices – strong advantage

    ·        Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

    ·        Ability to manage the full sales process, from planning to closing

    ·        Skilled in positioning products in a competitive landscape

    ·        Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

    ·        Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
