Team Lead Engineering .NET React (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer Team Lead to join the Rapid Data Development team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of various projects. You will collaborate with other departments to define project requirements, develop technical solutions, and implement best practices.

Our team has recently launched a new ERP application for funeral homes, which forms the future of the company. It is based on state-of-the-art technologies and practices with a .NET Core Microservices backend and React frontend applications all hosted on Kubernetes-as-a-service in Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and address technical issues and risks.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Was Du mitbringst:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Tech development, with at least 2 of experience leading a cross-functional team of at least 3 people.
• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C#, .NET Core, Microservices, sql databases. At least some experience in DevOps like pipelines, IaC, Docker & Kubernetes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is necessary.
