    As Tech Lead (f/m/d) Frontend in our Touchpoints Team you report directly to our CTO Raphael. You will set and execute the strategy for your team and help your team members develop and grow. On top of that, you want to do good with your job.

    Your mission

    As our new Tech Lead (f/d/m) Frontend, you…

    • Set, plan and execute the strategy for your Touchpoints team and aligning the team members on it
    • Are a hands-on Engineer: You don’t shy away from implementing new features, performing maintenance of existing frontends or doing operational tasks to keep our Touchpoint Services stable. In doing so, you follow common best coding practices like SOLID or KISS
    • Are the technical lead for the 3 members of the Touchpoints team, including feedback talks, team check-ins as well as 1:1s and supporting in recruiting
    • Enjoy sharing your knowledge and support more junior team members in understanding the touchpoints services. You do occasional technical research to support our Product team incl. documentation and sharing your findings
    • Are a great communicator: You foster cross-team coordination to bring new Touchpoint features to the organisations we support. You empower your team to communicate transparently on their daily workload, allowing for smooth processes with our POs and PMs
    • Like to think holistically: You challenge technical decisions, build implementations which generally favour simplicity over complexity and know the importance of making pragmatic over complex decisions in a smaller team

    Your profile

    • Proficiency in the ecosystem of JS & TS together with ReactJS (or similar JS/TS frameworks)
    • Several years of working experience in a similar position and team setup
    • Knowledge of designing and maintaining a set of RESTful APIs to a large customer base
    • Familiarity with unit and functional testing as well as code reviews, git workflows and continuous delivery approach
    • Experience in developing software resulting in a SaaS system for customers
    • Striving for simplicity and when it’s not possible, keeping an eye on the devil in the details
    • Gathering and translating high-level requirements into technical specifications
    • Fluent written and verbal English (at least C1)

    • In addition, we sometimes use Tailwind, Solid.js, Redux, Webpack & Vite
    • Select serverless AWS services (Lambda, S3, Cloudfront)
    • PHP 7.4, Symfony 4.4
    • MySQL, RabbitMQ, ELK stack
    • Docker containers and DC/OS
