To reach our goal we are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our Backend Team. At Qwello you will help to design and implement new backed services (typically in Python or Rust) to support our growing fleet of self-designed/built charging stations being deployed across Europe. You will also work on backend-to-backend systems that connect Qwello’s systems with the services of our partners. Reliability and craftsmanship are important to you, so you aim to design with automatic testability, resilience, introspection & observability in mind. Security is important to you. You are an efficient engineer, focused on executing your tasks well and learning quickly. You are a good communicator, free thinker, have an inquisitive mind-set and an eye for detail. You are comfortable working in a startup, collaborating in an interdisciplinary team, and willing to contribute, with your skills, experience and enthusiasm to help us build a successful business.
