We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Developers to join our fully remote team. If you have solid experience with full-stack-development and enjoy building scalable AI-centric webapplications, this role is for you.

Our product

You will contribute to our latest software Hausverwalter AIâ€“ a human-in-the-loop-based AI-software for the German property-management-industry that turns every Email/Ticket/Comment/Invoice/etc. into AI-suggestions that staffmembers can confirm.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our web application using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui
Implement backend logic, database & API with Convex
Work within an AI-first development environment (Cursor)
Manage version control and collaboration via GitHub
Ensure high code quality, testing, and maintainable architecture
Conduct code reviews and continuously improve existing systems
Contribute to technical decisions and stack evolution and product vision

Salary: $2000 to $4000 per month before taxes. Opportunities for further development and promotion are available in the coming years.

Completed degree in business informatics / computer science, OR programming experience, OR automation experience
5+ years of experience as full-stack-developer
Solid English skills for uncomplicated communication within the team
