Aufgaben

Are you passionate about building software solutions for geospatial and planning applications? Join our team to develop cutting-edge tools like GOAT (WebGIS) and other projects in web/mobile apps or data science! This position is flexible and can be adjusted to frontend, backend or app development.

Your Responsibilities:

Development: Code for frontend/backend/mobile (e.g., WebGIS GOAT, mobile apps, APIs) using modern frameworks.
Data Processing: Clean, analyze, and fuse geospatial datasets programmatically.
Testing & Debugging: Ensure software reliability and optimize performance.
Tool Integration: Work with GIS libraries, databases, and third-party APIs.

Qualifikation

Student (m/w/d) in computer science, geoinformatics, or related fields.
Strong technical interest and aptitude
Experience with our tech stack is a plus (relevant depending on your focus):

Frontend: React.js, MapLibre, Typescript
Backend: Python (FastAPI)
Databases: PostgreSQL, PostGIS, DuckDB
DevOps: Docker, Git

Experience with GIS technologies (nice to have)
Strong organizational skills
Independent and structured way of working
