  • As part of the Learning & Development Team, you contribute to an engaging and inspiring learning journey in which our ever growing team of 10,000+ operational employees and 500+ operational leaders can develop effectively.     Your tasks

    Lead international improvement and development projects to take our L&D offering to the next level based on business needs:

    • Work closely with our stakeholders in Fulfillment, Distribution and Customer Success to agree on priorities and project approach
    • Deep dive into operations and gather feedback from employees to evaluate our current programs and ensure content stays up to date
    • Stay up to date with the latest learning methods and styles and apply this knowledge in improving our programs

    Design new training concepts and determine best training methods (internal, external, inter, intra, face-to-face or distance learning, on-the-job or blended) based on learning needs:

    • Develop new (e)-learning content: collect and curate input from Operations, ensure effective copy writing and helpful visual design
    • Deliver English-first content and applicable across all countries (NL, DE, FR)
    • Collaborate with Internal Comms & Engagement and UX design teams for visual quality and manage media database
    • Manage reviews & launch of new learnings, together with L&D peers and Ops colleagues

    Execute training programs:

    • Deliver live trainings with a co-trainer (in-person and virtual)
    • Design and provide aftercare to participants & their team leads
    • Train trainers and manage bootcamp trainer pool
    • Organise logistics of live trainings, like participants, location, budget

    About you

    • Finished Bachelor’s degree
    • 4+ years of working experience, of which 1+ years in project management
    • Experience working in a learning and development program (design, facilitation, blended learning) is a plus
    • Fluency in German and full working proficiency in English. Dutch and/or French is a plus
    • Strong passion for learning and development of people and desire to grow the impact of L&D within Picnic
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
    • Collaborator: you easily built networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact
    • Creative mind: you easily translate practical learning needs into effective learning concepts.
    • Willing to travel to different locations to gather information and implement projects
