SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Location: NRW (Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dortmund, Bielefeld) or hybrid
Type: Full-time/ SAP HCM specialized consulting company | Start: ASAP / flexible
Aufgaben
- Support, customize, and optimize SAP HCM German Payroll (PY-DE)
- Configure schemas, wage types, and payroll processes
- Advise HR teams and coordinate with PA, PT, OM, FI/CO
- Run payroll cycles, resolve errors, and manage retro-calculations
- Work on projects such as S/4HANA migration, Payroll Control Center, and SuccessFactors Payroll
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support and create documentation
Qualifikation
- 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE)
- Strong payroll customizing skills and solid knowledge of German payroll
- Project experience is a plus
- Fluent German (C1–C2), English is an advantage
- Structured, analytical, and service-oriented mindset
