Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and support to our customers via phone, email, and (video) chat at our Frankfurt location.
- Process orders and assist with questions related to our products.
- Resolve customer inquiries, handle returns and complaints, and check the correctness and plausibility of requests.
- Coordinate and communicate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Maintain data and optimize processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1) to communicate confidently with our customers.
- Experience in customer service (1–2 years minimum), ideally in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented and empathetic working style.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic team with a strong service mindset.
- Strong self-organization and time management to work efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at our office near Frankfurt Central Station.
