We are building a AI-powered people intelligence platform for small- and medium-sized companies. Our platform integrates to HR, recruiting, performance & engagement and payroll systems, so that organisations can visualize and analyze all their organisational and people data in one platform. With these AI-powered analytics, we unlock trends, identify root-cause and provide recommended actions to improve organisation’s recruiting, productivity and retention efforts. This enables People Teams to become more proactive and driving real impact in their organisation. We are an early-stage startup with +10 team members, backed by well-known VCs. Tasks
As a Product / Tech intern or working student, you will collaborate with the founders and leadership team of an early-stage AI-startup and build a cutting-edge analytics platform!
Here’s what you’ll get to do:
Product Development – Design and develop new analytics use cases and leverage the data pipeline to deliver actionable insights.
Data Analysis and Insights – Harness the power of Python and LLMs to uncover hidden gems in data. Help investigate and implement cutting-edge technoloy to enhance our analytics offering.
Design and Build – Support the architecture and development of a cohesive data model that is central to our platform.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
- Experience: First working experience, relevant coursework or projects are a big plus, but not required.
- Skills:
- Must have:
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Data Analysis & Visualization Skills
- Experience with Python.
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Experience in applied statistics, data analysis, and data preparation.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to inform decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data solutions across teams and clients.
- A motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn.
