A Circle. so platform for top-tier fractional CFOs to learn, connect, and grow
A Beehiiv newsletter for startup CEOs seeking smart financial leadership
A LinkedIn ecosystem across the founder (Leigh), the Peak brand, and our CFO network

To keep these channels in sync, sharp, and engaging, we’re looking for someone who can coordinate, create, and schedule content — and help us run a smooth machine behind the scenes. (Knowing how to leverage AI for this is a +)

Tasks

Prepare and manage posts for our Beehiv newsletter and Circle. so community
Design visuals using Canva (based on templates and brand identity)
Draft or adapt LinkedIn content for: The Peak Consulting page, Our founder’s account, and Profiles of CFOs in our network
Coordinate reviews with stakeholders before scheduling
Use tools like Buffer or LinkedIn to plan and publish content
Tailor tone and content across two core audiences: CEOs and fractional CFOs

Requirements

You could be either:

A freelancer who already works with clients on content coordination and brand presence
or a working student in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or similar (eligible for ERASMUS+)

Either way, you should be:

✅ Fluent in German & English

✅ A strong communicator with a sense of clarity and tone

✅ Organized and reliable with deadlines

✅ Familiar with tools like Canva, Buffer, Beehiv, Circle. so, or quick to learn

✅ Confident in leveraging AI tools

✅ Confident managing feedback and coordinating publishing logistics
