**Data Analyst (m/f/d) in Mannheim
**Core responsibilities
**Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives
**Analytical Problem Framing
- Analytical outlook to frame the right questions while diving deep into business domains and processes
**Data Integration and Collaboration
- Connect data from various sources, collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop comprehensive data solutions
**Data Model Development
- Develop robust and clean data models, ensuring high-quality data thereby leading high-quality analytics
**Insightful Data Communication
- Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support product development and decision-making
**Data-Driven Decision Support
- Support the business decision-making process, by generating analytical solutions by leveraging exploratory data analysis and hypothesis based “proof of concept” framework
**The skillset we are looking for
- Proven experience in **data analysis, preferably within a business context
- Strong zeal for Data crunching and wrangling
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with **data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and **problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
- A passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact
