Core responsibilities

Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives

Analytical Problem Framing

Analytical outlook to frame the right questions while diving deep into business domains and processes

Data Integration and Collaboration

Connect data from various sources, collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop comprehensive data solutions

Data Model Development

Develop robust and clean data models, ensuring high-quality data thereby leading high-quality analytics

Insightful Data Communication

Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support product development and decision-making

Data-Driven Decision Support

Support the business decision-making process, by generating analytical solutions by leveraging exploratory data analysis and hypothesis based “proof of concept” framework

The skillset we are looking for

Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a business context
Strong zeal for Data crunching and wrangling
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
A passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact
