Salesforce Consultant (f/m/d)

Aufgaben

• As a consultant: Collect business requirements and align architecture with Salesforce system
• Solution design and system mapping based on client requirements
• Implement business requirements using Salesforce via configuration and/or coding (optional)
• Work independently with clients on projects facilitating workshops, conducting demos, and presenting final solutions to important stakeholders
• Effort Estimation via Story Points and other agile concepts
• Documentation of completed tasks
• Leading responsibilities of a small project team, including delegating tasks, mentoring, quality assurance
• Participate in pre-sales process with Proof of Concept solutions to present to potential future clients
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring colleagues, and enabling a good team environment

Qualifikation

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce as a Consultant or Business Analyst
• Expertise in Salesforce configurations in designing and implementing CRM processes
• Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• German and English fluency
