As we strive to accomplish our vision and continue to grow, we are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. If this position is the perfect fit for you, you will have the chance to work closely with our founders as part of the Growth team. You will be in constant exchange with our Product, Tech, and BI teams, turning insights into measurable results that delight our users.
Your Mission
- Develop and lead a holistic performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Launch and scale new customer acquisition channels, continuously testing and evaluating emerging platforms for growth opportunities.
- Align campaigns with key business objectives – reducing CAC, increasing ROAS, and scaling high-quality customer acquisition.
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid search, paid social, and display campaigns across the funnel.
- Own the technical infrastructure of our performance stack – including GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Lead end-to-end ownership of landing pages in close collaboration with CRO & Design – from ideation to launch and A/B testing.
- Drive experimentation through continuous testing of ad copy, creatives, audience targeting, and on-site journeys.
- Conduct in-depth audience and market research to improve targeting precision and unlock new acquisition opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics like CPA, CTR, ROAS, and LTV – and translate insights into clear next steps.
- Deliver transparent, actionable reporting to stakeholders, including our leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with our CRO and Product teams to refine user journeys and conversion touchpoints.
Your Talent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic channels.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing substantial monthly ad budgets, ensuring ROI and scalability.
- Deep knowledge of paid search (PPC), paid social, display, and remarketing strategies.
- Proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CAC) and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (C1+).
