As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions. Your expertise in client management will help foster strong relationships and drive customer success.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, overseeing their account and providing tailored support.
- Develop deep knowledge of our software solutions and guide clients to leverage them for optimal results.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to report on account health and success.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
