IT Program Manager (m/f/d)

Together with the management, a privately run Hamburg-based company with a long tradition in the coffee sector, we are looking for you as IT Program Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

The company is currently undergoing a global digital transformation process, and as IT Program Manager you will play a key role in the planning, management and responsibility of the program team, reporting directly to the Director IT & Digitalization.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of international program management and thus ensure that the strategic corporate goals are achieved
• You will have a central role in the global rollout of MS Dynamics 365 F&O and will ensure the development of detailed project plans, including ensuring adherence to schedules and report directly to the management board
• You are responsible for the budget planning and control of the IT program and identify budget risks
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key national and international stakeholders

Requirements

• You have extensive experience in managing (international) IT projects with a focus on digital transformation
• You have a proven track record in international project business and ideally have already gained knowledge in the implementation of MS 365 F&O or other ERP systems
• You have excellent consulting know-how and the ability to manage complex IT programs
• You communicate equally well with stakeholders at all levels and have strong intercultural skills
