Whether it’s contact details, deal stages or activity logs – you track down inconsistencies and create structure that enables smart sales decisions.You’re our target scout: With structured research, you identify promising prospects, analyze market segments, and build focused target account lists – helping our sales team stay laser-focused on the right opportunities.You’re our presentation enabler: You support the preparation of pitch decks, sales presentations, and reporting documents. With your eye for detail and structure, you make sure our sales team is always well-prepared – whether for an intro call or a strategy session.You’re our process optimizer: You help document internal workflows, improve our sales playbooks, and contribute ideas that make our sales operations more efficient and scalable.You’re our tool enabler: You support the implementation of new sales tools or system upgrades, test new functionalities, provide feedback, and help improve our overall tech setup.You’re our backstage driver: Even if you’re not on the front lines with customers, your work has a direct impact on sales success. You recognize where support is needed and take ownership with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.What you bringYou’re enrolled at a university in Germany – preferably in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to business, economics, engineering, or another analytical field.You’re based in Berlin and available for regular in-person collaboration with our team – even if the role includes remote flexibility (1-2 days in the office).You have a sharp eye for detail and a structured, reliable way of working – whether you’re cleaning data, preparing reports, or working on a process doc.You’re confident in Excel or Google Sheets: You understand the basics, enjoy digging into data, and are curious to learn more. Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus – but not required.You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written.
