Your mission

You assist our CEO/CFO in the implementation of technical or strategic projects, actively drive them forward and take operational responsibility for them.
In addition, you have the opportunity to work on new markets as a team member in business development, as well as to support colleagues in customer acquisition and, if necessary, marketing.
You will develop and maintain control instruments for top management and coordinate reporting between the individual business units and the Executive Board. To this end, you will prepare decision papers and analyses for central strategic and operational decisions at board level.
You will be responsible for the preparation, smooth running and follow-up of our Executive Board and Supervisory Board meetings and will have the opportunity to interact with international partners and investors on an equal footing.
As the right hand of our Executive Board, you will actively support in organizational matters, such as the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments, travel arrangements, etc.

Your profile

A completed master's degree in business administration, mathematics, industrial engineering, energy technology or similar.
Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in a challenging junior position, e.g. as a trainee, consultant or in a comparable role within a start-up.
You have a high level of analytical and conceptual thinking skills and possess the necessary curiosity and enthusiasm to familiarize yourself very quickly with new and complex topics.
You are proficient in the common MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
You speak German at native level and English business fluent, and have an excellent command of these two languages, both written and spoken.
