Senior Software Engineer - Internal Tools (f/m/d)

Start date: As soon as possible
Yearly Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 (fixed range, annual gross)
ESOP: €20,000 - €40,000
Benefits: Up to €5,000 annually
Work model: Full-time, hybrid (based in Munich)

Your Role

Build internal tools that make our teams faster.

First priority: turn our manual Ground Truth Collection process into a scalable platform for multiple applications.

Long-term: own technical solutions for internal bottlenecks across the company.

What You’ll Do

Work directly with labs, data scientists, and ops to understand real problems, design solutions and ship them
Build web apps, mobile tools, automations, integrations. Pick the simplest approach that works.
Design for scale: what you build will serve multiple teams and products
Own projects end-to-end: discovery → design → delivery
Set standards for architecture and code quality on internal tools

Experience and skills

Product thinking. You solve problems, not just write code.
Pragmatic judgement. Know when to build, buy, or duct-tape.
Broad technical skills. Web frameworks (React, Django, Vue), backend (Python, Node, Go), cloud services.
Clean code habits. Modular, maintainable, testable.
Communication. You work with non-technical people daily and translate needs into tools.
