Aufgaben

Your responsibilities on deck:

Grow with us as we expand into the Norwegian market and take an active role in building something from the ground up
You drive outbound sales by proactively reaching out to health experts via phone, email and in-person meetings to build lasting partnerships
You are a networking pro, representing our brand at seminars and conferences to expand our professional community
You will be independently responsible for our social media channels and develop a monthly editorial and content plan
You manage marketing communications across all platforms, from offline/online to website development and creative cross-media concepts
You are the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service via phone and email

Qualifikation

What we expect from you:

You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing or sales
A degree in marketing, communication, business administration/marketing, or comparable training is an advantage
You are a Norwegian native speaker (or have lived in Norway for a significant time) and possess a deep understanding of the local culture and nuances and you speak German or English well
You possess strong self-management skills, characterized by excellent time management, emotional resilience, and the ability to reflect on your work
You are eager to make a difference, think outside the box, and work in a solution- and goal-oriented manner
An interest in nutrition and health topics is highly desirable
