Our mission? We want to inform and educate about omega-3 fatty acids and their positive effects on the body. At the same time we want to develop and offer the best omega-3 products for an optimal supply.

Tasks
Your responsibilities on deck:
- You are responsible for the development and operational roll-out of our marketing strategy in Norway (B2C & B2B) and adapt global concepts to local cultural nuances.
- You independently manage our Norwegian channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), create monthly editorial plans, and produce engaging content.
- You identify suitable Norwegian influencers, manage collaborations, and represent our brand with confidence at local events and networking opportunities.
- You implement marketing initiatives such as mailings and independently design consulting materials and graphics (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- As part of an expanding team, you look at the bigger picture and provide proactive support whenever there is a bottleneck in logistics, customer service, or other areas.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, along with a degree (Marketing, Communications, Business) or a comparable qualification.
- You are a Norwegian native speaker (or have lived in Norway for a long time) and are fluent in German or English. You know exactly what makes the Norwegian market tick.
- You think "outside the box," work goal-oriented, and thrive in the dynamic environment of a growing company where tasks can arise spontaneously.
- A genuine interest in the topics of health and nutrition is a significant plus for us
