No Bad Days Club (NBDC) is a Berlin-based socks and apparel brand focused on quality, design and great moments. We sell directly to customers via our D2C shop and work with selected retail partners across Europe through our B2B channel. As a small, ambitious team, we move fast, test ideas and build things hands-on.
As a Working Student Marketing, you will work closely with the founders and support both our D2C and B2B growth initiatives. This role is ideal if you want real responsibility, insight into brand building and hands-on experience across digital, creative and operational marketing.
You will ideate on offers, marketing stunts and campaign ideas and support our founders in planning and executing marketing campaigns. You will assist in managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, especially Meta and Google. You will design marketing emails and assets using Canva or Figma and publish them via Klaviyo. You will support the organization and execution of offline activations, pop-ups and events. You will prepare sales and marketing materials for both D2C and B2B, such as pitch decks, one-pagers and presentations. You will also help with back office and operational marketing tasks to keep campaigns and projects running smoothly.
You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in marketing, business, media, communication or a related field. You have a strong interest in marketing, branding and digital growth. You enjoy working creatively but also think structured and hands-on. You are comfortable working with tools like Canva or similar design software, or you are motivated to learn quickly. You are reliable, proactive and enjoy taking ownership. You communicate confidently in English and German is a big plus.
