    We’re seeking an ambitious and strategic Marketing Automation Manager with a hands-on mindset who will elevate our automated marketing campaigns to new heights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in boosting our market growth and customer engagement through data-driven, impactful marketing campaigns.

    Tasks

    • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to ensure efficient workflows
    • Implement email marketing best practices and design email templates/landing pages using basic HTML/CSS, with Canva knowledge preferred
    • Develop lead scoring & nurturing strategies, and run A/B tests to improve campaign outcomes
    • Perform data analysis and implement customer segmentation and personalization to derive actionable insights
    • Develop ROI and attribution models, analyse funnel performance and conversion rates to drive targeted marketing strategies
    • Map customer journeys and align content strategy with automation efforts to enhance customer engagement
    • Execute inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and manage our multi-channel campaigns
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in automation marketing, ideally within global Software, SaaS or B2B environments
    • Extensive experience with automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) to optimize marketing and sales processes
    • Proven experience in designing and executing automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels with measurable results
    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Information Technology
    • A growth and hands-on mindset to develop campaigns that drive significant impact and expand our market share
    • Strong analytical abilities and technical expertise. Experience with Python, Matomo, APIs and webhooks would be a plus
    • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and strong project management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Fluency in English as well as German or French essential, other languages are beneficial.
