Your Role
As a Designer, you’ll be a key part of our Marketing team, collaborating closely with our People, Ops, and Social Media teams. You’ll conceptualize and execute visual assets across both digital and physical touchpoints – from social media visuals to in-studio signage.
Whether it’s customer-facing campaigns or employer branding initiatives, you’ll help bring our brand to life and build consistency across every platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and develop digital and print design assets (social media, ads, web, merch, signage, and more
- Support employer branding and internal comms in collaboration with the People team
- Design visual assets for our B2C marketing channels and in-studio experiences
- Contribute to UX/UI components in our digital ecosystem
- Work closely with the Ops team on signage and other operational design needs

- 3+ years of professional experience in design
- Strong digital design background – UX/UI experience is a plus
- Figma is your native language
- Great eye for aesthetics, typography, and pragmatic design
- Solid understanding of branding across multiple touchpoints
- Hands-on, structured, and quality-driven work style
- High-level German skills, fluent in English
- You’re a team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Excited about working in a fast-paced, office-first startup environment
