Our client is an international provider of networking products for end-users.
Tasks
- Company property and office supplies management, incl. application, database management, returns, exchange etc.; Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence, receiving visitors, etc.
- Management of company phones, office keys, being a contact person with the employees; related contract management
- Purchase and send lunch vouchers, employee birthday greetings & vouchers and other "Feel-well" presents to employees for childbirth, marriage, anniversaries, sickness, farewell, etc.
- Support other Administration Specialist on organizing team buildings, team events, Christmas parties, etc.
- Process support for Internal Sales of products
- Office Maintenance, Office and Warehouse Safety Management, Warehouse and Office reparation report and arrangement
- Support on other Administration-related daily business.
Requirements
- Training in Administration, office management, or other comparable fields
- More than two years of previous experience in administration, office management, team assistance, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, result and customer oriented, hands-on mentality and a thorough way of working
- Open-minded, multi-cultural sensibility, a high potion of empathy, ability to keep your sense of humor even under time pressure
- Familiar with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Native level of German language, Fluent in English languages in both verbal and written
